November Connect & Empower Day Retreat

Empower yourself with Breathwork, Ice Bath, guided meditation, Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Sound and Sharing Ceremony all while connecting and nourishing your mind, body and soul  

Both Lisa from Nurture by Lisa and Jarna from EarthernSoul Healing have come together, blending their passions, art and true magic into this one day “Connect & Empower” retreat, set on the Sacredly stunning lands of AllAmBee Sanctuary in Capalaba. 

Be smudged and welcomed into ceremony as soon as you arrive, honoring you for showing up and doing this work for yourself.  

Lisa will Introduce and guide us through a deep Breathwork session, pushing your limits and expanding your power of your mind, taking you through the waves and depths of discovery.  

We then push past our limitations, plunging into an Ice Bath, Bringing an inner Strength, rush of endorphins and an energetic release through your body. Physically and Mentally awakening and stimulating every cell within us. It is here we celebrate the strength of empowerment our human bodies naturally can achieve.  

Jarna will then take us on a journey of the heart in a sacred cacao ceremony held within the ceremony space of the on site Teepee. Guiding you through the elemental, spiritual and ancient lineage of this ancient medicine, gently guided in Soma Breathwork and taken into a dance of the soul, the truth of our expansion. Genty guided through meditation and Sound experience where each destination is different yet connective and empowering. 

Throughout the day you will experience energetic shifts, a depth of emotions and a deeper connection within. It does not matter if you have experienced this retreat before or this is your first time, you will be respectfully nurtured and guided through each step of the day. No experience needed- just complete trust 

In conclusion of our day, we will come together as a collective and share a nourishing meal prepared by Lisa and Jarna, made with much love and passion as the whole days experience. Oming together in a Closing Share Ceremony.  

Exchange for this Day Retreat experience is $111. Bookings are essential, as spots will fill fast and to honour the Sacred Space and work we will be doing, we have intimately capped this retreat to maximum 15 persons.
