About This Event:
This event is a ritual of connection, Cacao, guided movement, and free-form dance medicine in a downtempo-esque container. The pace is slower...like a steady burning flame, inviting us to drop deeper into presence with every delicious movement. Note: The music is not strictly downtempo... it is downtempo-esque. Inspired by a slower pace but does still follow a journey. BPM typically does not go above 95.

Chelsea Amber: Chelsea is a community co-creator, student, teacher, and spiritual seeker. She finds her own divine remembrance and connection through ceremony, nature, silence, and movement. She has found that within music and dance she is able to stabilize her own consistent dialogue and trust in life. Chelsea seeks containers of safety and skilled holding to explore the depths of her own body as a vessel for liberation and connection - and she aims to create these spaces for others.
