    Event description

Ground Yourself and Connect to Mother Earth

Join us for a mindful forest bathing experience designed for women, embracing this season of gratitude and reflection. As the days shorten and nature readies for winter, take this chance to relax, express thanks, and connect with your inner self and a supportive community of women.

Our morning begins with a tranquil, immersive forest bathing walk at Haley Farm State Park, where you'll awaken your senses to the distinctive sights, sounds, and textures of late autumn. Move slowly among the golden leaves and crisp air, taking moments to pause and appreciate the surrounding beauty.

During our forest bathing experience, you will engage in reflective practices that encourage a deep connection with November's essence. You'll witness the vibrant autumn hues and contemplate how they resonate with your emotions. We'll pause to express gratitude for nature's gifts and explore how grounding yourself in the earth can provide stability and comfort.

You'll attune to the forest's sounds, inviting calmness and introspection. As we observe signs of seasonal change, you'll reflect on your own personal transformations. Through mindful breathing, you'll connect with the present moment and the shifting energies of this period.

As you gather natural treasures during our walk, we'll reflect on their significance and how they can inspire your journey ahead. Finally, we'll honor the balance of light and darkness within ourselves and express gratitude for the wisdom nature bestows. This journey invites you to embrace the beauty of the season and your own inner journey.

Mindful Creation and Serene Closing Ritual

As we walk, we'll collect fallen leaves, twigs, acorns, and other natural elements to create a beautiful gratitude mandala together, celebrating the gifts of November. We’ll conclude our time with a peaceful tea ceremony, savoring gentle plant medicine that fosters deeper connections with ourselves, nature, and each other.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, be present, and appreciate the beauty and abundance November offers. We will honor Mother Earth for her gifts and express thanks for all that nourishes us.

Join us for a gentle immersion in nature, embracing gratitude as we reconnect more deeply with ourselves and the natural world. Let us acknowledge the land, its inhabitants, and all it provides. Let us also honor ourselves as part of this beautiful cycle of life.

We hope to see you there!
