Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for our "Monthly Intention Sound Journey," a sacred space designed to help you set clear intentions and connect deeply with your higher self. Each session is a unique experience, ranging from soothing and relaxing sound baths to activating drumming and powerful gong immersions. Some months will feature guided meditations to deepen your practice.

This is your time to realign, recharge, and ground yourself for the month ahead. PLEASE NOTE! We do have two very kind, resident kitties at this location.

Yoga Mat (if you chose this option at sign up)
Water
And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
Journal and pen
