Step into a sanctuary of sound at our intimate sound bath session, limited to just four participants. This cozy gathering is designed to foster deep personal connection and care, ensuring each individual's journey through sound is met with attentive guidance. Here, you will immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, expertly played to coax you into a state of profound relaxation.

This session uses Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques alongside powerful acoustic sound therapy instruments to help dissolve stress, alleviate pain, and enhance your mind-body connection. Each participant will have a unique, personalized experience as the sounds wash away tension, rejuvenating your spirit and leaving you feeling centered and energetically renewed.

As we conclude, we invite you to linger a little longer, grounding your experience over a cup of soothing tea provided by our gracious host Mandy Church, founder of Great Faith Organics. This gathering isn’t just a sound bath—it's a moment to nurture your spirit, relax deeply into yourself, and connect with a small group of like-minded individuals. Show up for yourself, and let the transformative power of sound work its magic.

And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
