A day to exhale. To reconnect with your body. To soften, be held, and remember the woman beneath the busyness of everyday life.

Join us for Sacred Feminine on Sunday 15th November — an intimate full-day retreat hosted by Clara and Joana, weaving together breathwork, somatic practices, sound, cacao, nature, ceremony and deep connection with like-hearted women.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the Fire element — a time of warmth, vitality, connection and expansion. As we move from spring into summer, nature begins to express itself more fully: moving outward, opening, connecting and coming into greater aliveness.

This season invites us to explore the same within ourselves — what is ready to be expressed, shared and brought into the light.

Through breathwork, somatic practices, voice, sound and ceremony, you'll be guided through a day of softening, expression, renewal and reconnection — creating space to listen to your body, feel what is present, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
