Commit to a morning practice to set the stage for the best day possible. Stephanie Welch has teamed up with Abby Spotskey & Joni Haug to provide the foundation of a weekday morning Sadhana. Stephanie's classes are comprised of a Kundalini Yoga Krya -- mantra, mudra, pranyama, asana, and meditation. For November, Stephanie will hold space for morning Sadhana for Week 4 (November 25-29).

**IMPORTANT NOTES** Wednesday, November 27, class will be live at 7:30am.

Set up your cozy home yoga space with a mat, blanket or meditation cushion, and a couple of blocks nearby. Always modify or use props as your body needs! I recommend a meditation cushion, blanket, or appropriate bolster to prop your hips while seated so that they are at least as high if not slightly higher than your knees. This will allow you to access a straight spine without over-efforting.
