That’s why we’ve created our School Leavers pathway - a tailored approach that helps participants build job-ready skills, boost social confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals in the community.

We’ve seen firsthand how this program transforms lives. From preparing for job interviews and managing personal finances, to developing everyday life skills and building lasting social connections, our approach is designed to open up new possibilities for each person’s future.

Join us on Tuesday 3rd of June from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM in Hindmarsh for an Open Day dedicated to young people with disability who are about to leave, or have recently left school as well as their parents, guardians and support networks.
