This is why we’ve created our School Leavers pathways and tailored programs designed to support young people to build confidence, independence, social connections, and practical life skills for their future.
Whether your goal is employment, greater independence, community participation, or simply finding the right next step after school, we offer supportive pathways to suit different interests, strengths, and aspirations.
Our employment-focused program, Transition to Work, supports participants to develop job-ready skills through workplace learning, interview preparation, communication development, travel training, and real-world experience.
For those looking for a pathway focused more on social connection, independence, and everyday life skills, our Community Programs provide opportunities to build confidence, establish routines, develop friendships, and increase participation in the community through engaging group activities and personalised supports.
