Novotel Hospitality Careers Day

A FREE event to explore the opportunities the Hospitality industry can give you!

If you have a keen interest in the hospitality industry, there is no better place to explore your opportunities than Novotel North Beach!

Participants are REQUIRED to wear all black clothing, long pants and closed in shoes on the day in order to participate in the workshops.

Spaces are limited to 11, get in quick!

The day will include:

• Presentation & overview of career opportunities at Novotel North Beach
• Guided tour of the Hotel
• Participation in a Cooking class within an industrial grade kitchen
• Practical experience and lessons in mocktail making in the Hotel bar
• Resume writing tips and tricks for the hospitality industry
• Presentation on sustainability in the industry

Note to providers: 

• It is essential participants are dressed appropriately for kitchen and cooking duties on the day, or they will be unable to participate in the workshops. This attire includes all black clothing, long pants and closed in shoes. Hair must be pulled back and jewellery will need to be removed. There will be no leniency on the day. 
• Spaces are limited to 11 participants for the workshops, however if additional providers are attending on the day you will need to identify this to Get A Job South Coast prior to the event - as we will need to confirm catering. Those in access of 11 participants will not be able to participate in the workshops. 
• Transport is yet to be confirmed, as the Hotel is central within Wollongong and participants may find it easier to get themselves to the event - however if there is a need for a bus and enough providers request it, this can be organised.
