What to bring - mat, cushion, candle and candle holder, pen, paper/ journal, teacup, water bottle.
What to wear - something warm and comfortable to sit on the floor; that you can move easily in.
Food - You are invited to bring a small plate of food to share if you are able, please do not feel any pressure to do this. If you like to eat a full meal at night-time, I suggest you eat beforehand, there will be nibbles and herbal teas available.

Please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start.

Directions

The first time can be a little tricky to find the venue, so here are some directions, that I send to everyone, to help guide you.

From Anzac Pde, you will turn onto Pine Avenue.

Then turn right on to Brodie Ave, left on Brodie Lane, LEFT on Curie Ave. Curie Ave is one-way; our venue is back up towards Pine Ave. IGNORE the one-way sign, head towards the bollards blocking off Curie from Pine.

Our hall is part of a long building that runs along the whole street.

Look for my white Toyota Hiace van, parked out the front.

The entrance to the hall is the door with a concrete ramp.
