Event description

January came... and went. So did 80% of New Year’s resolutions if you are to believe different research papers (Strava 2019). Not a big deal, right? You knew that when you made your resolutions/intentions/goals for 2021. And it’s fine… for whoever is not running their own business. Their management will set goals and targets for them. But as entrepreneurs, you are the one motivating yourself and setting direction and goals for your businesses. So it is kind of a big deal, especially when you know that building a business is about patience, resilience...and traction!

The problem with New Year’s resolutions is that they are rarely based on data and often are simply not realistic. What you need to do, is improve on what you have managed to accomplish already. For you: habits, motivation, skills, education… For your business: business model, acquisition metrics. This is done by taking the time to reflect on what happened. Yes, the ‘r’ word. Reflection can be a daunting exercise if you haven’t done it before and can feel like it will take too much time.

In this workshop, Julien will actively engage you in a workshop sprint that will help you future proof your business in 2021. get ready!

Key Takeaways

- Reflect on what went well and didn’t go well in 2020 for you and your business

- Set 1-2 resolutions/intentions/goals to future proof you and your business in 2021
