EMBRACING AGILITY.. Creating an environment where the seeds of innovation can flourish.

Module 1: Creating a more agile workplace culture that fosters greater flexibility & innovation
Identifying the key criteria for a workplace that drives rapid decision making and flexibility, to foster greater innovation. How ‘design thinking’ can play a role in developing your workplace culture.
Module 2: Building high performing teams to support innovation in an uncertain environment
Do your team members feel safe to bring their ideas to the table in a fast moving and uncertain environment? How do you create the foundations for an environment of agility and innovation.
Module 3: Exploring the social enterprise business model canvas to de-risk a new concept
How to take a new social concept or campaign to market - whilst embracing experimentation, team agility and a changing landscape. Provides you with the confidence to de-risk your concept.
Module 4: Harnessing your personal leadership strengths to enable innovation to happen!
Recognising that your own individual strengths and that of your team can help breakdown functional barriers and enable innovation to happen.
