Event description

Wellbeing or burnout – which badge are you wearing?

NFP Leaders are known to work tirelessly in the pursuit of social good but is our relationship with hard work and busyness, and the lack of boundaries it can bring, changing?

Working harder; longer hours; endless meetings; and an overflowing inbox; may have become a badge of honour for some, yet one of the benefits of the pandemic is that mental health and wellbeing are taking their rightful place at the top of people’s priority list.

How is this shifting paradigm manifesting itself in the workplace that you lead?

This session will explore:

  • What is the difference between languishing and flourishing?
  • Why languishing can be a valuable wellbeing strategy
  • How to buffer ourselves for adversity
  • How to build our leadership wellbeing for ourselves and others
  • Wearing our wellbeing badge of honour with pride
