This is a 4 hour workshop designed to reaccredit your advanced skills in managing a deteriorating patient and cardiac arrest. The course is very intensive and candidates are sent the ALS2 manual one month prior to the course. Candidates are required to complete a pre-course multiple-choice question paper to guide preparation. 

Certification is valid for up to 4 years. 

Emergency Airway Workshop

Delivered by Dr Ben McKenzie (FACEM), this highly practical workshop focuses on teaching the safe scalpel-finger-bougie FONA – front of neck airway. AMAX4 is an initiative by Dr. Ben and Tamara McKenzie dedicated to reducing and preventing unnecessary deaths related to anaphylaxis and asthma. this is a hands-on workshop. 

Palliative Care Workshop

This workshop explores the NP role in delivering compassionate, patient-centred palliative care, including symptom management, communication, and end-of-life decision-making. Designed to support clinicians working across acute, community, and aged care settings. AI activities and palliative care communications will be explored 

MBS, PBS and Billing Workshop
