Numbers are strictly limited so get in quick...or miss out!

MC’ed by Sally Scott from Tweed Tourist Company, our special guest speakers include...

Nick Revere - Twomey Dispute Lawyers (TDL)

Nick hates seeing disputes complicated unnecessarily. This can happen when a business is worried about the expense of litigation or it acts on general legal advice. As a career litigator, Nick sees every day that swift, decisive and strategic action in a dispute almost always leads to the best results.

Armed with the right advice early, clients often avoid litigation altogether. Getting those commercial results is why Nick is always open and straightforward with his clients. That way, he can be sure his clients make informed decisions confidently.

Katrina Patton – Pyewacket’s Traditional

Katrina is one half of Pyewacket’s Traditional – a successful Northern Rivers-based business, dedicated to rewilding your tastebuds. Their aim is to tell a story by using traditional plants in drinks, tonics and herbal tinctures.

Prior to joining Pyewacket’s, Katrina helped her father sell his local small beverage business, Red Dragon Inn. When Katrina took the reins, the business was struggling, barely turning a profit. With the goal of securing her dad’s retirement, she focused every decision on preparing the business for sale. In five years, she doubled revenue annually, boosted profits, and assembled a capable team – making her dad redundant. In 2017 they successfully sold the business without a broker or agent.

Mark Napper – Senior Business Advisor

Former NRF Chair, Mark is a seasoned business advisor with ‘been there done that’ experience. He is regarded one of Australia’s leading advisors, and is Deputy Chair of a $100 million company, sits on a number of boards and is a trusted government advisor.

Enthralled with business at a young age, Mark immersed himself in the business world while studying accounting at Macquarie University. Not long after graduating, he was appointed as the Financial Controller of GSMB, where he rebuilt the firm’s operations and financial standings from being $3.5million in debt to operating with a $750k profit in the first year.

Peter Ernst - Helix Food Consulting

Peter Ernst is a seasoned food industry consultant with an extensive industry background spanning 30+ years and experience in a diverse range of food industry segments. Peter's comprehensive experience combines quality assurance, food processing and food safety, with an understanding of business development and marketing - equipping him with a unique skill set to address the needs of a wide range of clients.
