This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

This workshop is targeting farmers and food & beverage producers who are interested in opening up their premises, now or in the future, to trial some new ventures that would add value or create on farm products or services.

In particular it has been put together to assist people who are interested in participating in the NRF Harvest Food Trail (this year or in the future).

This session will look at consumer insights and what’s required to open your cellar door and manage people on your premises. Including ideas and options for you to promote the experience we will also touch on marketing ideas and concepts to generate revenue while visitors are on your premises.

The NRF Harvest Food Trail is a great way to test the water to see if opening your premises to locals and visitors is viable to you and appealing to them.

The workshop will be in two parts:

  • Part one:  Workshop (face-to-face) session, Monday March 29th, from 8am - 11am at the Byron @ Byron (morning tea included).
  • Part two: Follow up session via zoom, Monday April 12th, from 12 - 1pm.

About the speaker:

Rose Wright, as founder and Managing Director of Regionality, Rose is a passionate and highly respected agri-food and agritourism thought leader.
