Join Sunshine Coast Council and our First Nations community partners for the National Reconciliation Week 2024 Launch!

As part of our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, Council hosts the annual opening event for the regions activities across National Reconciliation Week 27 May - 2 June.

We invite all First Nations mob, Sunshine Coast Council staff, partners and our broader community to join us for this important event.

Hosted on Jinibara Country at Kabi Kabi business TribalLink, the National Reconciliation Week 2024 Launch will include special First Nations speakers, food, performances and activities for all ages. 

The event will highlight this year’s theme of Now More Than Ever, serving as a reminder that the fight for justice and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people must continue.
