Celebrating 20 Years

Nature Conservation Council of NSW is thrilled to be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the biennial NSW Environment Awards.

Since its inauguration in 2006, the NSW Environment Awards has been a celebration that recognises the people, community groups and organisations that dedicate their time, energy and expertise to protect nature in NSW. It brings together passionate advocates from the environment movement and shines a light on the extraordinary work that is quietly being enacted across our state.

It would be impossible to celebrate and honour all the amazing people that are fighting to give nature a voice.

However, as the leading voice for nature in NSW, we can certainly try to shine a spotlight on some of the outstanding examples of nature lovers, campaigners, grassroots environmentalists, and conservation groups throughout the state.

This year, please join us at Customs House, Sydney in October for a fun evening of celebration, with a large dose of admiration, inspiration and marvel.
