NSW Processing Centre - Youth Days

Thank you for your interest in volunteering in our NSW Processing Centre, helping to prepare this year's shoebox gifts for international shipping.  Every shoebox gift that is donated needs to be carefully inspected, and we couldn't do this part of the process without the help of volunteers like you.  You play a vital part in the journey of a shoebox to a child in need.

This year's Operation Christmas Child NSW Processing Centre will be located at 28 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest NSW and will be open from 28 October 2024.

By registering using this link you are registering for a designated Youth Day.  On these specific days all volunteers over the age of 18 are required to hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).  Please bring a copy of your WWCC to be sited on the day upon sign in.

With over 170,000 shoebox gifts expected to go through the NSW Processing Centre we need many volunteers to assist with inspecting and preparing shoebox gifts to be sent to children overseas.  Will you join us?

When you click 'Get Tickets' you will see current days and times of available Processing Centre volunteer sessions to choose from.

Once you have selected your session you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached.

*Additional sessions will be made available 2 weeks in advance of session times.  Please check back regularly to sign up for additional session times.

CAR PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Processing Centre Warehouse is located at 28 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest NSW 2153 View on Google Maps.

• We recommend using Norwest Metro Station, an easy 2 min walk to the Warehouse. 
• Limited car parking is available at 28 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest with some disability carparks reserved. When the carpark is full, a sign will be placed in the driveway. 
• Long term street car parking can be found behind 28 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest in Evesham Ct and Fairmont Ave. There is a a walkway at the cul-de sac of these streets that connects through Evesham Court Reserve to 28 Brookhollow Ave.
• Brookhollow Ave, Norwest has street parking with only a 2-hour limit.
