That’s right: it’s yoga...naked. Join this small (up to 12 participants), open level class for a freeing, powerful, and delightful yoga experience! Taught by yoga instructor Autumn Meyer, ALL bodies and genders are truly welcome. Bring your own mats, towels and any props. This class is appropriate for both yoga first-timers (clothed or not) and those more experienced.

EVENT DETAILS:
-There will be a brief clothed introduction before disrobing.
-Anyone arriving after 10:05am will not be allowed to enter.
-Nudity is mandatory. However, folks are permitted to wear gender-affirming items, like binders and/or packers. Please contact us if you have questions, concerns, or suggestions in this regard.
-Participants must be: sober, not creepy (hitting on other participants, commenting on their bodies, or otherwise overstepping boundaries in this sensitive space), and 18+.
