Numurkah SWAPS

SWAPs Numurkah | Style. Swap. Sustain.

Numurkah, it’s your turn! Following the success of our Tocumwal event, Women of the Murray is bringing SWAPs to Numurkah for a morning of sustainable style, community and connection.

Refresh your wardrobe, give quality clothing a new life and enjoy a cuppa while connecting with women from across our community. Come with a friend or come on your own, there’s a place for you.

When: Saturday 7 November 2026, 10 am–12 pm
Where: Numurkah Town Hall, Knox Street, Numurkah

How it works

Purchase your entry ticket, then join us to browse the clothing and shoes looking for a new home. Once you’re inside, there’s no charge for the items, no price tags and no paying per piece!

If you have clothing or shoes to contribute, drop off 5–10 quality preloved items ahead of the event. You’re welcome to attend even if you don’t have items to donate.

Donation drop-off

From 22 October to 4 November:

• Numurkah Community Centre: 9 am–3:30 pm.

• Mailbox Cafe, Strathmerton: 8 am–4 pm.

An additional drop-off will be available at Numurkah Town Hall on Friday 6 November, 5–7 pm.

Clothes and shoes only, please.

When dropping off your items, follow the instructions in the purple folder. Take a door-prize ticket and write your name and phone number beside the matching ticket number on the sheet. The winner will be announced at the event!
