Nuno Felted Scarf

Using a fine layer of silk chiffon as a base, we literally paint with layers of coloured wool and silk to create a new piece of cloth/ scarf. Adding water, soap and plenty of effort, the wool grabs onto the silk....fulling and then felting complete the process. Each participant creates something very different and takes home a  unique scarf. All resources provided.
