Nursery WaterWise Irrigation Workshop
Event description
Join us this November for a two-day Irrigation Workshop hosted by Greater Sydney Land Services and take your water management skills to the next level. On Day 1 (Thursday 13 November 9am-4pm), dive into practical sessions covering sprinkler performance, drip and bottom watering systems, operating and scheduling, irrigation audits, and system design. On Day 2 (Thursday 20 November 9am-2pm), build on your knowledge with a focus on water supply and treatment (including testing and disinfestation), and explore smart solutions for drainage and recycling, from site assessments to dealing with runoff. This workshop is designed to give you practical tools, expert insights, and confidence to optimise your irrigation systems, cut costs, and improve plant health and sustainability. You will receive a certificate of completion for this course.
Ticket cost: $200
Subsidy: The remaining cost is covered by Local Land Services.

That the price of each ticket includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for both days,
