Daisy Niland: Daisy is a Registered Nurse and Pilates Instructor based in Perth’s North. She teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates at studios and events across Perth. Her love for Pilates grew from its unique blend of physical movement, mind-body awareness, and breath connection—making it the ultimate self-care practice.

For Daisy, regular Pilates has been a vital tool in navigating the unique stresses of a nursing career, and she is passionate about sharing it as a sustainable, safe, and enjoyable self-care practice for everyone, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Hannah Sawyer: Hannah is the founder of The Breakthrough Nurse & Innerbloom Breathwork - dedicated to supporting and empowering nurses through events, workshops, and wellness practices. She blends her background in nursing with expertise in breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, and restorative practices to help others release stress, reset their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves. Her work spans nurse-focused events, holistic wellbeing sessions, and transformational inner healing experiences, creating spaces where people can find balance, clarity, and breakthrough moments.
