A1: No, there is no charge for your organization to attend.

Q2: Will a table be provided?
A2: Yes, a table will be provided for you to set up at the event.

Q3: Which students will be attending?
A3: The primary attendees are our final-year Nursing students, though all of our Nursing students are welcome to join the event.

Q4: Can I bring promotional items, resources, or banners?
A4: Absolutely! Feel free to bring any materials you think will help engage with our students.

Q5: Can I send items ahead of time?
A5: Yes, I will provide registered participants with details on how to send items to our campus in advance.

Q6: What are the bump-in/bump-out times?
A6: These will be confirmed closer to the event, but we typically allow 30 minutes before and after for setup and breakdown. If you need more time, we are happy to accommodate.

Q7: Can more than one representative from our organization attend?
A7: Yes! You’re welcome to bring as many representatives as you need.

Q8: When do registrations close?
A8: We aim to finalize numbers by Friday 30 May 2025.
