Join us for the last event of the series as we welcome our special guest: Laura Saunders a BHSc nutritionist & recipe developer from Chief Nutrition. Revive and reset as you nourish your body and nurture your mind delving deeper into both our inner and outer wellbeing. Taking a holistic approach on the journey towards our highest self.

Our Soulful Saturday:

- Enjoy a Chantelle Rose Flows signature feel good pilates flow class

- Refuel afterwards with a delicious taste testing of the protein collagen bars from Chief Nutrition.

- This will shortly be followed by our education component of the event where you will hear from Laura as she shares about ALL things nutrition and how to look after yourself from the inside out. Think skin health, protein intake, tips and tricks, what to look for when fuelling your body, eating to honour your cycle PLUS MORE!
