A monthly wellness event integrating mindful movement and wellness education. Going beyond the physical/external and tapping into our internal world. We explore how the two work cohesively together ultimately creating a home for you to live your most healthiest, happiest and abundant self.

This month features our special guest: Kristina Gianneas from SSKIN Australia! Revive & Reset as you nourish your body and nurture your mind delving deeper into both our inner and outer wellbeing. Taking a holistic approach on the journey towards our highest self.

Where the worlds of health and wellness collide forming the ultimate event for inner alignment ...

Our Soulful Saturday:

- A nurturing and grounding guided meditation/relaxation led by Chantelle Rose Flows at the aesthetic Butter Studio. Leading into wholesome self reflection and connection activities.

- Refuel afterwards with delicious, soul nourishing foods whilst connecting with everyone.

- This will shortly be followed by our education component of the event where you will hear from Kristina as she shares about ALL things skin health and how to enhance your natural features. Exploring how beauty starts from the inside out and the importance of feeling good and allowing that to shine through your glowing skin!

Please arrive at 8:45am for a 9:00am start, concluding at 11:00am.
