Introducing the Soulful Saturday Series..

A new monthly wellness event integrating mindful movement and wellness education. Going beyond the physical/external and tapping into our internal world. We explore how the two work cohesively together ultimately creating a home for you to live your most healthiest, happiest and abundant self.

This month features our first special guest: Brittany Partington from MungBean Health! Revive & Reset as you nourish your body and nurture your mind delving deeper into both our inner and outer wellbeing. Taking a holistic approach on the journey towards our highest self.

Our Soulful Saturday:

- Upon arrival embark on a VIP shopping experience inside the gorgeous Cleo Harper Activewear boutique nestled away in the beautiful Burleigh Heads to kickstart the day before we get into the event! With the assistance of an in house stylist, pick out some pieces using your gift card that you will receive on the day!

- Once you're feeling super cute in your new Cleo set we will move into a feel good flowy energising mat pilates class with a juicy stretch and mini meditation led by Chantelle Rose Flows.

- Refuel afterwards with healthy drinks and treats! Enjoy soul nourishing foods whilst connecting with everyone.

- This will shortly be followed by our education component of the event where you will hear from Brit as she shares how to live and function optimally as a woman and the importance of feeling good from the inside out.

Hi, I’m Brittany!

A clinical naturopath from Mungbean Health, Australia’s leading and multi-award-winning naturopathy clinic specializing in women’s health and fertility.

I found my way to naturopathy through my journey with endometriosis. With a passion for holistic wellness and empowering women I have been able share my knowledge and support through clinical experience.

Founded by Riannon Page, Mungbean Health stands at the forefront of naturopathic care. Her team of naturopaths offers cutting-edge evidence based solutions and compassionate support to women across Australia.
