Circle Agreements

This is a confidential and judgement free space. Anything that is shared in circle is kept here. We may have different beliefs, backgrounds, and experiences. Please approach one another with an open heart, curiosity, kindness, and respect.
We do not interrupt another member when they are speaking or offer advice unless given permission by the speaker. We contribute to the wellbeing of the group.
Please refrain from using your mobile phone during circle, alcohol or substances.
Late arrivals may not be permitted, to maintain the energetic integrity of the space. Please let Emily know if you are running late.
Circle is not a space for therapy or unsolicited advice.

Participant Health & Safety Disclaimer

This women's circle is intended to provide a supportive community space for connection, self care, reflection, and personal growth.

I am not a medical professional and Women's Circle is not therapy or a substitute for therapeutic care.

Practices may surface uncomfortable emotions and or energetic release. Please judge whether you have the emotional capacity to witness others in their emotional process.

If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns or are in crisis, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional. There may be somatic movement or dance during circle. If you have any significant health conditions or injuries, please consult with your health care professionals before attending.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout the gathering and participation in all sharing, activities, meditations, or practices is entirely voluntary.

You agree to always listen to and honour your own body, intuition and capacity.

Cancellation Policy

All tickets are non- refundable. However, due to illness or unexpected circumstances, you may use your ticket for a future circle or transfer your ticket to another person up to 4 hrs before the gathering. Please text Emily to do so. This honours the energy, preparation and limited spaces of each gathering.
