Join Balance North physiotherapists Pauline Lai (maternal and pelvic health specialist) and Grace Ure for an informative and practical workshop designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and early motherhood.

You’ll learn about:

Pelvic anatomy and how your body changes during pregnancy
Safe ways to stay active before and after birth
The importance of pelvic floor exercises
Common pre and postnatal conditions and how to manage them

The session will be followed by 30 minutes of guided movement on the reformer and mat, helping you apply what you’ve learned through gentle, supportive exercises. We’ll then finish with a Q&A, giving you the chance to ask our physios any questions.

Light refreshments will be provided.
