Nurture - A Journey Through Nature, Art + Sound

Nurture is a morning of nature, creativity and sound designed to give space for pause, and to simply notice, create and receive.

We’ll begin by slowing down with guided meditation and sound, before heading into nature to gather inspiration and materials for an intuitive creative experience.

There’s no need to be artistic. No perfect outcome. No expectation of what your creation needs to become.

Instead, you’ll be invited to follow your curiosity - exploring colour, texture, shape and natural materials and allowing your creation to unfold in its own way.

After creating, we’ll gather over tea and treats before moving into an immersive sound journey - a space to stop doing, simply receive, and allow everything from the morning to settle and integrate.

This is a morning to pause, explore, create, receive, and reconnect.

No need to become anything. Sometimes we just need to give ourselves enough space to discover what is already there.
