A thoughtfully curated journey toward a deeper connection with Self.

An evening filled with nurturing practices including meditation, yin yoga, breathwork, sound bath, and journalling. In a small, like-minded group, we’ll come together as a collective to breathe, move, surrender, and reflect. Emerging from the lush gardens at Gasworks Arts Park you'll find our little haven, the Garden Studio.

When: Friday 29th November, 6:30-8:30 pm

Where: Garden Studio, Gasworks Arts Park, 21 Graham Street, Albert Park

What's provided? All yoga props (mats, bolsters, blankets)
