How our morning will unfold....

Somatic movement & Lymphatic Self-massage 9 -10.30am with Tahlia from Heal Well

A workshop to specifically aid your kidneys & liver, whilst opening your fluid flow pathways. Adding techniques to your self care regime for the rest of your life to look, feel & embody ultimate health. A combination of methods of gentle movements & self release massage to support the optimal functionality of your vital life force & waste removal from the body to make space for the good things.

10.30-11am - light refreshments & a serving of 'calm the f*** down' tea

11-1pm  Water & Wood - Yin & Yoga Nidra with Jess Green

The sequence of shapes we hold are designed to stimulate the flow of Qi/prana/life force energy through the body while soothing the nervous system and releasing physical tension.

Our physical, mind, energetic and spiritual bodies are all intricately woven together. Through the practice of stillness we can begin to notice and trace the patterns and stories we hold onto. Water and Wood will be a practice focusing on the kidney and liver meridian lines, a core source and indicator of our life force and vitality. The more we exist solely within our outer world - completely consumed by doing, control and grasping - the less space we have within for all the things that resonate and the more depleted we feel our life force get. Yin is an invitation to shift from doing to being - nourishment and expansion of our inner world.
