NURTURE - Women's Day Retreat, is a beautiful day to spoil yourself with the gift of space and time. Surrounded by nature in a beautiful setting, with the intention of NURTURING yourself on every level, so you can come back into balance and feel more aligned with your heart.

This day will include a gentle yoga practice, meditation, nature walks, connection and community through sharing and witnessing one another, a nourishing lunch and a restorative yin and sound practice to conclude the day.

There is also options for an ice bath/sauna

This day retreat is for our sisters who are ready to dive deep into the healing power of connection and sisterhood. This is for the women who have been giving perhaps too much, this is for the women who are ready to NURTURE themselves and put themselves first so that others can feel the benefits, and for the collective good of our families and community.

This day is for those who are ready to come back into that truest part of themselves and ready to embody that beautiful feminine energy that is creation.
