Come and join Amanda and Jill for a day of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and connection with like-minded souls. Lunch and Morning Tea included. This day is all about You, offering some self-management skills to help calm the nervous system and how to utilise your Breath in the best way for you.

Amanda Radcliffe from Move2Improve with Yoga21. Level 2 Yoga Teacher/ Synergy Yoga Teacher / Physiotherapist with a special interest in Movement patterns and Breath dysfunction.
