10am - Let’s start with the basics!

We’ll discuss where you are in your life and what you feel you would like to create and work towards. We’ll talk about the habits that we have all formed that keep us in a stagnant space and how by looking at things with a different eye and viewpoint, we can change thought processes that have held us back from walking a life of peace and balance. You’ll receive practical exercises with vision boarding that can be used on a daily basis, along with meditations to guide you on your path. It’s all down to mindset - change that, and you have the power to enhance your life in ways that you never dreamed of.

When our home is in balance and harmony, our true personalities have the opportunity to shine! To be in alignment is to have everything singing to the same tune so that we are guaranteed to get the best out of our life experiences, and our homes are no exception! In fact… making sure our personal spaces are providing us a loving, nurturing environment is the first thing we should look to nurture… after all… we spend more time at home than anywhere else! From organisation skills, the benefits of holistic principles, Colour Therapy, Astrology, Sacred Geometry, Numerology, Feng Shui, and Mineral Balancing the home, you'll learn how to create a beautiful energy balanced space for you and your family to enjoy.

An introduction to Ayurveda and how it can transform your life… after all… we are what we eat. Ayurveda is a reawakening of our connection to self and helps us to find healthy habits that are nourishing, revitalizing and specific to our individual needs.

1:30pm- 2:15pm - Taking care of skin from within with an holistic approach to skincare and beauty with the aid of Kinesiology.
