I am a soul healer, educator and creative and utilise an intuitive and embodied approach when guiding people in their healing journey of mind, body, soul and spirit wellness. Soul healing is my passion, and nothing brings me more joy than guiding women in therapeutic practices, and witnessing the transformation that occurs when they feel seen, heard & held. As the founder of Women’s Wellbeing Collective, I host Women’s Circles and Retreats, mentoring women in the areas of creativity and emotional and spiritual growth. I am a trauma informed practitioner and have 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors.
