Welcome to the Nurtured Soul - A Ceremony of Return: Sacred Cacao, Rebirthing Breathwork & Yin Yoga.

Step into a space of deep remembering. You are lovingly invited into a sacred space — one of deep rest, emotional release, and quiet remembrance.

Held in the hands of two embodied, heart-led facilitators, this 2.5-hour journey is a return to what is real: the breath, the body, and the heart’s quiet knowing. This is not a performance. There is no pretending here. Just truth, in whatever form it arrives.

We begin with ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet profound plant medicine that softens the edges and helps us drop beneath the surface. As your heart opens, you’ll be guided inward through holotropic breathwork, a powerful and safe practice that allows old emotions, stories, and energy to rise and be released — not through force, but through presence.

What follows is a deeply grounding yin practice, where your body integrates what the breath has stirred. In stillness, in surrender, in silence — the healing continues.

This ceremony is for those who are ready to feel. To be with what is. To let go of the masks, and be met with compassion in the spaces underneath.

There is no rush. No need to be anything but yourself.

Just breath, be present, and lean into your true self while being held with deep reverence.

What to expect:

• Intention setting, where you'll speak your truth and hearts desire.

• A gentle, guided heart opening with Cacao.

• A safe, emotionally attuned Breathwork journey.

• Sound healing

• Deep rest and nervous system healing through yin yoga.

• A space held with love, integrity, and care by two soul-led women who weave in spiritual depth with an embodied practice.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Please bring:

A journal, water bottle, yoga mat and anything that brings you comfort (blanket, cushion, eye mask).

Wear:

Comfortable layers that help your body feel safe and at ease.

This is a space for healing — not in theory, but in truth.

Come as you are. You will be held as you unfurl and rewrite old patterns.

Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is our highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the Breathwork portion of the event.

Pregnancy

High blood pressure

Diagnosed Severe PTSD

Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)

Detached Retina

Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

Epilepsy

History or diagnosis of aneurysms

Cardiovascular problems

History of seizures

Severe Asthma

Heart disease

Heart conditions

Diabetes

Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years.

Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
