Nurtured Sound Bath ~ Sunday 29th November, 2026 at 3pm

Limited spaces available!

90 minutes of relaxation for those with tired nervous systems needing rest and grounding.

Be held by a guided meditation and waves of sound, weaving through each cell in your body to lower cortisol levels and shift your nervous system into the parasympathetic state (rest state).

I hold the space and you rest.

You will hear a mix of sounds of instruments played together to take you on a journey of deep rest. Different types of singing bowls, rattles, drum and a few others up my sleeve.

SUPPORTED tickets available; if you like the idea of rocking up in your comfy's to a laid out space with air bed, blanket and cushions, this is for you. There are only 3 of these available.

GENERAL ticket; same sound bath experience, perfect for those who like the comfort of bringing their own mats, blankets, cushions etc.

Essential to bring along (for General tickets only)
