Sun, 22 Jun, 4:30pm - 6:30pm AEST

Event description

Join Rabbi Noam Sendor, guitarist Adam Starr, violinist Alex Burkoy and special guest Iranian musician Mastaneh Nazarian on oud for an evening of music, art, connection, and resilience. In this time of uncertainty, we come together as a community to be held by the healing power of music and art.

Traditional zemirot and niggunim weave through jazz improvisation in a moving fusion of soulful song, spontaneous harmony, and cross-cultural dialogue. There will be moments for communal singing, quiet reflection, and uplifting insights from Rabbi Sendor to help us navigate these days with hope and courage.

Meet the exhibiting artists Sarah Mottram, Ian El, and Ilana Razbash.

Enjoy mulled wine, tea, and homemade cakes.

All are welcome.

Ticket sales will support musicians.

4:30pm arrival for a 5:00pm start.
The event will finish by 6:30pm.
