    Do you feel like your masculine energy overpowers your feminine? When these energies are out of balance, it can lead to stress, burnout, and a feeling of disconnection from your true self. 

    In this unique experience, we will explore nurturing the feminine to restore balance between your masculine and feminine energies through  guided ancient healing practices intertwined with modern wellness techniques.
    You'll experience the profound benefits of Sound and Reiki healing, intertwined with Tantra Yoga and Aromatherapy, designed to nurture and uplift your feminine energy. 

    Allow this experience to transform you from "doing" to "being". The masculine energy is often associated with action, logic, and "doing", while the feminine energy embodies intuition, creativity, nurturing, and "being".


    The Experience: 

    🔅 Cacao will be provided on arrival. Tea and water are also available
    🔅 Tantra Yoga - gentle and mindful yoga flow that combines movement, pranayama (breathwork) and bandhas to control and direct your prana (life energy) and awaken the body's sensual and spiritual energies.
    🔅 Aromatherapy - carefully picked essential oils to awaken and empower your feminine energy, fostering self-love, creativity, and balance.
    🔅 Sound Healing Meditation - using crystal & alchemy sound bowls and other instruments to deepen your meditative state and support the restoration of your energetic system
    🔅 Reiki Healing - will be performed collectively to support the restoration and balance of your energetic system alongside sound
    🔅 Gradually wake up your senses post-journey with moments of tea, nibbles and connection.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please relax in the waiting area.

    Please then find a spot - yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided and set up for you. 

    🔅 We will begin with sharing the intentions of the event and brief context to energy balancing 

    🔅 We will guide you through the Tantra flow practice, which includes pranayama (controlled breathwork) and Bandhas (muscle locks to direct energy flow). Aromatherapy will be used during this part of the session.

    🔅 This will then lead into the sound healing which will be intertwined with reiki healing and guided meditation

    🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience. 


    ABOUT US - Your Facilitator:

    Enza Venuto:  @solrituals_

    Enza, founder of SOL Rituals, is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound and Reiki Practitioner. Enza began practicing meditation over 15 years ago, initially as a way to improve overall wellness, and now also to connect inwards and deepen her understanding of self. With her professional experience in the corporate world, she understands the pressures of finding balance between the practicalities of everyday life and fostering inner connection and peace. Enza now passionately guides others through SOL Rituals, weaving together a blend of mindfulness practices and healing modalities such as Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing and Ceremonies to empower and nurture greater self-awareness and inner growth.

    Jess Sorrenti:

    Jess is a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher trained at Shri Kali Ashram and also trained in Trauma informed yoga, with a diverse teaching style ranging from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to Traditional Hatha, Tantra, and Restorative Yin. She is passionate about this philosophy of Yoga and Tantra, and believes in the power of using these practices to balance the mind, body, and spirit. With over 10 years of practice, Jess combines her background as a social worker with her love for yoga, aiming to empower others by helping them connect to their true selves, break blockages, and cultivate inner harmony for a blissful life.

    What should I bring?
    Note that blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided
    An open mind and heart
    A journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

    What should I wear?
    Something comfortable you can relax in. 

    What time should I arrive?
    4:55pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 5:00-5:05pm and doors will be shut.

    Who can attend?

    All are welcome and no prior experience is required - you will be guided in a safe space

    How to prepare myself?

    · Try to only eat light foods prior to the session
    · Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices
