Nutrition Australia - Learning about Healthy Food Through Play
Event description
Learning about healthy food through play
Establishing healthy eating habits in early childhood plays a crucial role in setting up long term benefits that last into adulthood. Studies have found that exposing children to healthy food, via non-food means, through interactive and creative activities, can help build healthy eating habits. During this session, educators will learn how they can improve children’s eating behaviour and relationship with food through positive education experiences.
