Cooking Demonstration - Ulverstone

NDS has been funded through the Tasmanian Department of Health to deliver a program to improve healthy eating among people with disability.
Specific classes, tailored to the needs of each small group, these cooking demonstrations are a wonderful opportunity for people with disability and the people who support them.
Nutrition Solution will design a cooking class that covers any dietary interests a particular group might have, and facilitate a demonstration that is engaging, fun, and educational. Nutrition Solutions can cover different cuisines, healthy alternatives, allergy-friendly diets, texture-modified diets, or really anything the participants are interested in.
These sessions are completely free, and cater to between 4 and 6 people with disability. If there are larger groups, multiple sessions are an option.
