Event description

Discover how nutritional and lifestyle interventions can help prevent common chronic diseases in this engaging health talk and practical food preparation demonstration.

Led by a clinical dietician and chef, this session will explore the science behind food as medicine and offer hands-on tips for healthier living. The session will also incorporate budget-friendly nutrition tips.

This event is presented in collaboration with the Healthy Longevity Group, part of the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney. The group takes a multidisciplinary approach to tackling age-related chronic diseases through innovative research and community education.
