Event description

Curious about the connection between food and our mental wellbeing?

In this workshop, nutritionist Emily Jensen will dive into the powerful link between food, stress, and burnout, sharing practical strategies to balance blood sugar, support the gut-brain connection, and key nutrients to nourish the nervous system. With a focus on simple, science-backed changes, Emily will show you how nutrition can play a big role in boosting energy, improving mood, and building long-term resilience.
