Event description
Who: Come join Dr Taisia Cech and Dr Jayne Davies, GP's and Lifestyle Medicine doctors, for an evening about optimal nutrition.

What will you learn: Learn about how to maximise your diet using a plant-based approach. We will cover topics such as an evidence-based approach to a healthy diet, anti-inflammatory foods, blue zones, Mediterranean-style eating pattern, macronutrients such as fats, protein and carbs + micronutrients you need to know about. Followed by simple tips on how to use food to maximise your gut health and some tasty snacks to show you how good it can be!
Location: Wanaka New Zealand- Wanaka Community Hub.
What you need to bring: bring any friends who you think will benefit by learning more about improving their gut health, reducing inflammation and optimising the nutrients in their diet.
