Then this course is for you. This is my most comprehensive and jam packed course to date - it brings everything i've learnt about the breath into a progressive 4 week course, for you to transform your breath for yourself and to supercharge you on your way to your dreams!
This will be delivered to you via email, with the week between each recording a chance to practice and become aware of what you have practiced.
Over the 4 weekly recordings you'll learn about the following:
- Week 1 - opening up the potential of the breath and your ability to utilise it
- Week 2 - breathing less than ever before
- Week 3 - transforming it into a tool for everyday performance
- Week 4 - integrating it into your everyday life
Each week I'll share a breathwork technique for you to practice as well as a question to continue to provoke a further exploration of your dreams.
