Have you thought about that other discipline in multisport?

Conrad Goodhew, a Performance Dietitian, works with professional and amateur athletes alike.

He is not only studied the exercise physiology of nutrition but also has tried and tested this with himself, mostly for fun. Is passion for sport and the way we see nutrition intertwined with this is why his clients get the success they do.

We have to understand that nutrition is not only important for performance on the track, road, or river, but also for life. Nutrition can impact your emotions, family and work which makes the conversation even more important.

To many, nutrition is just something that you sort a week out of the big day(s), however, the benefits of training with nutrition can take your take to another level – why waste months of training when you are missing a major piece of the puzzle.
