This interactive two day workshop 10 am to 4pm both days is packed with juicy activities, practical tools and exercises to help deepen and strengthen your connections and relationships with yourself and loved ones.

Light delicious snacks, tea and coffee will provided and then a pot luck style shared lunch both days.
